To me, a paragraph must be very short and no more than 2 or 3 sentences and we should write it on a single idea. It helps readers to keep patience and understand better.

Most of the people don’t read the full text. They go through the headings only. Your headlines can make your readers read the full paragraph.
Headings describe your paragraphs in short. Thus, a reader can understand your content just by reading the headlines.
