I, On behalf of the students of class ten of your school. I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that we feel the dire need to set up an English language/speaking club at our school campus. English is an international language. It is a language of communication between people of different cultures. It is the demand of the day. We need proficiency in English for higher education in trade and commerce. It is also needed in the job market. we need to cope with the modern. There is very little scope for our speaking practice in the classroom situation. So we feel the need to seek permission to set up an English language/speaking club at our college.

I would like to request you to permit us to seek permission to set up an English language/speaking club at our college.
